HCRpath partners with Priority Life Care as their first client
Columbus, OH October 24th, 2022 HCRpath, an innovative tech company is emerging into the assisted living space with Priority Life Care by connecting patients with primary care physicians via a simple and paperless survey.
Sara Sable-Antry, the founder and CEO of HCRpath, was granted a patent for her Survey in 2018 after she concluded that preventative care is the secret to helping senior populations avoid negative health outcomes.
Sara and her team have worked tirelessly over the last 4 years to bring the ease and convenience of HCRpath to patients and providers.
The software makes preventative care more accessible to a larger percentage of seniors in the United States, giving them every chance possible for a longer life.
HCRpath brought on team members Bridget Simmerman, COO, and Ryan Memmelar, CTO, to finalize the survey and onboard their first client, Priority Life Care.

Priority Life Care is excited to bring HCRpath into its communities to better serve its residents by providing personalized preventative care.
Priority Life Care partnered with HCRpath in September of 2022 and is looking to launch HCRpath surveys in their Midwest communities in late October.
