HCRpath was founded by health care professional Sara Sable-Antry in 2018 after she concluded that preventative care is the secret to helping senior populations avoid many preventative, negative health outcomes.
Sara spent years observing the ways co-morbidities such as depression, substance abuse and dementia impacted people with undiagnosed hearing loss. The importance of prevention got personal when a close family member’s condition worsened due to hearing loss not being diagnosed soon enough. This solidified her determination to find a way to make sure health issues were flagged and diagnosed early on to avoid bigger problems down the road.
Her technology patent for HCRpath was granted in 2018, and she earned the support of Rev1Ventures, a venture capital firm in Columbus, Ohio, in 2019.
Sara has worked tirelessly to bring the ease and convenience of HCRpath to patients and providers. The software makes preventative care more accessible to a larger percentage of seniors in the United States, giving them every chance possible for a long, fulfilling life.
